first we must hav confidence
find n understand which thing about urself makes u does not hav confidence
dont force urself to do something u dun like,yet dun make excuses for urself for not doing something - study
look at the mirror every morning ,smile n said "u r so beautiful/handsome today =)"
build up ur confidence n everything can solve
